RAS is a privacy enhancing firefox addon which aims to hinder browser fingerprinting. It does this by changing the browser/device profile on a timer. Each browser profile has been tailored to match the actual values used by the target browser as much as possible, within the limits set by firefox.
It also supports other privacy enhancing options.

Methods of installation
There are 3 ways to get and install the addon.
Install a limited version from the Mozilla Addons site . It is limited in order to comply with AMO policy.
Install the latest full version https://github.com/dillbyrne/random-agent-spoofer/releases/latest click the random-agent-spoofer.xpi link
Download the source and use the Addon SDK to make an xpi file and open that file from the browser.
Options 1 & 2 are straight forward. Option 3 will require a bit more work as you will see below. If you followed steps 1 or 2 then you should have the addon installed and you can ignore the rest of this guide.
